Our People . . . want to shine!

Good housecleaners are hard to find. That is because they all work for Dwell  :-)

We started Dwell to connect refugee women who love to clean with those in the Decatur area who love a clean house. The women we have been privileged to work with are capable and hardworking individuals who will do a great job in your home.

Because all of our employees have been welcomed into the U.S. by the State Department, each woman is authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Some have attained or are working towards U.S. citizenship. These women desire to use their skills and abilities to contribute to the financial needs of their families and to work with dignity. They take pride and ownership of the work they do. . . . they want to shine!

You will not only value the cleaning that the women do, but you will also appreciate getting to know them and their stories. Each one has a story about how she arrived here in the U.S., what life was like in her country and why she and her family had to leave. Each left a life they knew and came here, to a place they could not imagine. Some of them will be happy to share their story with you.
